Understanding the Japanese business culture

This course is aimed at foreign nationals working alongside Japanese colleagues. It covers an overview of Japanese culture and how it affects the way the Japanese think and behave, interpreting and adapting to the Japanese mindset, key values and attitudes that affect Japanese management systems, potential challenges of working with the Japanese and practical communication tips and solutions for preventing and overcoming them.
