Minerva has held a number of demanding roles in the private sector business and industry in the first 10 years of her career. A common theme in all her appointments has been the development of her expertise in operations, project management, audit and training. With a Swiss based multinational company, Société Générale de Surveillance, she acquired extensive field experience in over 10 countries in South-East Asia, Europe, Africa and South America.
Deciding to branch out on her own as an executive coach, trainer, and facilitator, Minerva has been working with several executives, expatriates and training providers in Tokyo since 2007. She has worked with client companies across all types of industries and delivered over 500 tailored business communication skills training and cross-cultural programmes for both Japanese multi national and global companies.
With her various global assignments and her deep knowledge of the Japanese culture, Minerva started to deliver Cross Culture Programs to companies for key performers who are going to be assigned overseas as well as for foreign directors who have just been assigned to Japan to work alongside local staff.
