Our personal mission is to develop Japanese managers to perform successfully in the global workplace. We have had first hand experiences of how women and Asian business people struggled to be heard in a Western working environment. With the key learnings we have picked up in our own professional lives, our feedback to our clients are very personalized, concrete, and practical.
At the same time, we coach foreign business executives who encounter a lot of resistance in Japan. We have lived through all these challenging environments, and have learned so much working alongside the local staff. Together with this and our expertise in cross culture communications, we are equipped to show expatriates a different perspective. This will then lead them to adapt their mindset and behavior so they can achieve their own objectives with the support of their local team.
