Viengkeo is a Corporate Learning and Development Consultant with diverse experience working with Information Communication Technology (ICT) organisations across Asia Pacific and Europe. She is highly skilled in conception of new product presentations and training to major operators, internal sales and technical staff. Viengkeo is passionate about design and delivery of interactive and enjoyable cross-cultural communication learning solutions in a technical environment. Her strengths include good understanding of Asian and European cultural norms and business manners, cross-cultural and sales communication. She is fluent in English, French, Mandarin and Cantonese and speaks Japanese, Thai and Laotian.
Most recently, Viengkeo widened her field as a Corporate Trainer, Consultant and Coach in Japan and has been working with domestic and global companies alongside training institutions. In these roles, she translated business objectives into effective learning programs for multi-national enterprises across different industries. She also contributed to the delivery of a Global Leadership Program for a Japanese talent acquisition company planning to expand to South East Asia
Prior to this role, Viengkeo served at Ericsson for over 23 years in various technical sales and leadership roles in Asia and Europe. She was working with 3G/4G Mobile Core network technologies, promoting Cloud and Internet of Things (IoT) solutions. Viengkeo was also leading diverse engineering teams consisting of expatriates and local staff. Her work has always been focused on meeting the business needs of her clients and developing competence of local staff.
